Objectives You will:
1. Define the terms: floor hole, floor opening, wall opening, standard railing and standard toeboard.
2. Discuss at least 5 requirements to consider in order to avoid walking/working surface hazards related to floors, walls, holes, stairways, platforms and ladders or scaffolding.
3. Analyze room 18 for possible violations
4. Write letters to Salem Keizer Risk Management explaining the violations and recommending actions to abate the violations.
